The association requires a $20 trailer pass for boat/trailer parking and boat ramp access. Boat slips, launch access, and trailer parking are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed. Little Lagoon water depth varies based on weather, tides, and season. Smaller boats and shallow-hull vessels generally work best. Guests are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable for their specific vessel. 🏖️ Safety & Use of Amenities Please use all amenities responsibly, including the pool, docks, fishing pier, boat ramp, balconies, and surrounding areas. These features are part of the waterfront experience but come with inherent risks (such as slipping, falling, or water-related injuries).
