The association requires a $20 trailer pass for boat/trailer parking and boat ramp access. Boat slips, launch access, and trailer parking are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed. Little Lagoon water depth varies based on weather, tides, and season. Smaller boats and shallow-hull vessels generally work best. Guests are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable for their specific vessel. 🏖️ Safety & Use of Amenities Please use all amenities responsibly, including the pool, docks, fishing pier, boat ramp, balconies, and surrounding areas.
